Show & Tell
we run a digital agency and build forms + workflows for our clients. a few things we do to white-label:
- custom domain for form URLs (cname to our subdomain)
- client branding on each form (their logo, colors, fonts)
- remove any "powered by" branding
- embed forms on the clients own website for a seamless look
for the workflow side each client has their own workspace/folder. data stays separated
anyone else doing agency work with this? curious about multi-tenant setups and how you organize things when you have 20+ clients
we do the same agency white-label setup. the custom domain per client is key for professional appearance. we organize by having a folder per client with their forms, tables, and workflows inside. keeps things tidy
agency user here too. we have about 15 clients on the platform. the workspace separation works well. each client essentially has their own mini instance
do clients ever get their own login to see their data? or do you just send them reports
