embedding a form on our website - iframe or is there a better way

we want to put a lead capture form on our wordpress site. whats the best way to embed it? ive used iframes before but they always look janky with the scrollbars and the height never adjusts right is there a js snippet or something cleaner? also need it to match our site colors if possible

theres an embed option when you publish a form. gives you both an iframe snippet and a JS embed. the JS embed is better because it auto-resizes and looks more native on your page for styling you can customize colors and fonts in the form theme settings and it carries over to the embedded version
