we run a small real estate team (4 agents) and built our whole listing process on this platform
when a new listing comes in the agent fills out a form with property details. the workflow:
- creates a listing record in our properties table
- generates a listing description using the AI agent (seriously, it writes better copy than most of us lol)
- emails the listing details to our marketing person for social media
- creates a follow-up reminder for the agent in 7 days
- if the listing is over 500k it also gets flagged for premium marketing treatment
the table has views for active listings, under contract, sold, and expired. each agent can filter to see just their listings
saved us from using a clunky MLS-adjacent CRM that cost 200/month per agent and didnt do half of what we built here in a weekend

the AI writing listing descriptions is hilarious but actually genius. our descriptions used to be "nice 3br, good neighborhood" and now they sound professional
the premium marketing flag for 500k+ listings is smart. different price tiers need different treatment. we do something similar in our agency for client project sizes
