can forms accept file uploads? need employees to attach receipts

were building an expense reimbursement form and employees need to attach photos of their receipts. ideally we want to limit it to images and pdfs, max 5mb per file also wondering where the files end up after submission. do they go to some storage or do we need to set that up ourselves coming from google forms where this was straightforward so hoping its similar here

yes forms support file uploads. you add a file upload field and can set allowed types and max size. files are stored in the platform and accessible from the submission data

one thing to note - if youre processing the uploads in a workflow (like OCR on receipts) make sure to add error handling for invalid files. we had someone upload a .exe once lol
